Shakta Kaur is a KRI Level 2 qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher (KYTA), a Reflexologist (MAR) and a skilled and experienced Massage Therapist & Clinical Aromatherapist (MIFPA).
Having worked many years in a busy office she has a special interest in treating stress related conditions. She has successfully worked with clients with different conditions e. g. digestive problems, insomnia, depression, anxiety or muscular aches and pains. She also has a special interest in the five Elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water in the framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the integration into daily life.
Shakta Kaur received her spiritual name by the Siri Singh Sahib. He has blessed her to live as Shakta Kaur, princess who is the creative power. She has been practising and teaching Kundalini Yoga for more than 15 years. Shakta Kaur is registered with the UK Teachers Association (KYTA). She is a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). Sat Siri Singh
SS Sat Siri Singh Khalsa is a son and student of the Guru. He finds fulfilment by studying and practicing the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and by serving people to find well-being and fulfilment. His love and passion is to study, apply and share the teachings of Gurbani and other sacred scriptures and to chant the mantras and shabads of the Guru.
Sat Siri Singh works as Kundalini Yoga teacher and teacher trainer, advertising editor for the UK Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA), and as chair of the Guru Ram Das Project charity in London. He is also Minister for Sikh Dharma International and musician. Sat Siri Singh has trained with Karta Singh and Amrit Nam Sarovar, is Level 2 certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), member of KYTA (UK), and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and related sciences since 2003.
Sat Siri Singh studied classical Indian raag music with Ustad Surjit Singh Namdhari and plays the Rabaab. In 2007, he started to organize pilgrimages to India, and since 2012, he has taught numerous Japji Sahib weekend workshops all over Europe.
