Shakta Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1999, did Teacher Training levels 1 and 2 with 3H0 Germany and Amrit Nam Sarovar, respectively, and has been teaching yoga since. She experienced that the technology of Kundalini Yoga had a powerful healing impact on her own personality and life. At the same time she began to study about the five elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water in the framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and registered with the U.K. Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA).
Following her interests in holistic healing methods and herbal medicine, she graduated in Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage at the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine & Aromatherapy, one of U.K.’s leading Aromatherapy colleges in 2008. Since then, she has undertaken further trainings in Indian Head Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage and in Aromatic Acupressure and Meridian Massage. She is a member of International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA).

Sat Siri Singh Khalsa is Kundalini Yoga teacher, Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner and musician. He devotes his life to study the spiritual teaching, its everyday life application, and how to serve people to find well-being and fulfilment. He is Level 2 certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), and insured member of the UK Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA). He has been teaching Kundalini Yoga classes, intensive workshops and retreats for eight years.
Sat Siri Singh is a student of Karta Singh and member of the Executive Committee of the Amrit Nam Sarovar International Kundalini Yoga school (ANS) as representative for Sikh Dharma concerns. Furthermore, he is working for ANS as teacher trainer, translator for German and organiser of yoga pilgrimages to India. He is webmaster and newsletter editor for the UK Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.
Sat Siri Singh is studying Indian music with Ustad Surjit Singh Naamdhari. He loves to play the Rabaab and sing the Shabad of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, or play the guitar and sing Kundalini Yoga Mantre for elevating meditation in yoga classes and Sadhna.
Before settling in the UK, he did a PhD in theoretical quantum physics and worked as financial engineer for a German bank. After quitting his job he lived together with his wife Shakta Kaur at the ashram and farm of his teacher Karta Singh in the wild mountains of South France, where he was busy with farming, building construction and capturing a horde of regularly escaping Kashmiri goats...
