About Us

Shakta Kaur

I am a fully qualified and experienced Holistic Therapist. Already from a young age I have been interested in a natural lifestyle including natural food and holistic healing methods. Yoga and Meditation are my first love, and after studying Kundalini Yoga in Germany and in France, I qualified with a Level 2 Diploma from Kundalini Research Institute (3HO) and have been practising and teaching since 2000.

After moving to the UK in 2007, I studied Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage with ITHMA under the tuition of Gabriel Mojay, author of “Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit”. I have been practising Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage since qualifying in 2009. Following my passion for essential oils and natural cosmetic products I created 5-element body oils and soap bars. I am also a passionate natural soap maker, safety assessed since 2012. I make individuell bespoke aromatherapy products.

During my work in a clinic in Notting Hill, London, I have been lucky to receive a reflexology treatment from a colleague which almost “spontaneously” healed my Tinnitus, a problem that has been bothering me for years since my stressful past life in a busy office in Germany. I strongly believe in the healing power of Reflexology, and I qualified as a professional Reflexologist in 2013. I carry a Level 3 Diploma and have trained with the London School of Reflexology under the tuition of Louise Keet, one of the UK’s foremost Reflexology Practitioners and author of the “Reflexology Bible”.

In my practise, I specialise in stress management, woman's health / hormonal balance & general well-being. I am passionate about health and well-being, and, over the years, I have successfully helped clients with digestive problems, anxiety, insomnia, muscular aches and pains or supporting through pregnancy.

I absolutely love my work and one of the rewards is to see how full body and foot massages combined with essential oils help my clients to feel and look so much better after every treatment.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or to book a treatment. I look forward to working with you: 07942 472662, shakta@kundalini-khalsa.com
