Kundalini Yoga Weekend Workshop
One of the most fascinating technologies we use in Kundalini Yoga to explore the mystery of our existence is the combination of sound, rhythm, breath and movement. In this process, we apply the repetition of rhythm and the penetration of the sound of our own voice to dig through the layers of our ego, personality and history into the essence of our soul. It is a technology of self-trance and enchantment. The sound is shaped in primordial syllables of ancient, sacred languages which carry the essence itself within them: the Mantras.
Often, we wonder about the meaning of the mantra or chant, about its correct pronunciation, and about the quality and volume of our voice while chanting. Although these questions may be worthwhile considering, we might lose the wealth of the actual experience of what Mantra, chant and meditation have to offer. We are used to stay within the limited (and seemingly save) space of our minds, instead of expanding ourselves into the vastness of the sound-current (naad) and the limitless and eternal space of our souls.
In these workshops, we will look into the origin and purpose of sound and mantra for meditation, experience the mystery of the sound of our own voice, give ourselves to the mantra and become one with its unspeakable essence in meditation. We will experience liberating and healing powers from within.

Kundalini Yoga Workshop
A central aspect of the sacred teachings is that Divinity is within and without, but cannot be found outside unless realised inside. Guru Ram Das writes: “Those who search for this treasure outside of the body, in other places, are foolish.” Some teachings say that everything that we encounter outside is simply a reflection of our internal state and process.
This workshop introduces some models of the eternal, infinite existence in its mortal, finite form of the human being, as well as some very efficient techiques to resolve inner conflict. We reflect on the concepts of physical body, mind, soul, self, the gods and demons of duality, and the hidden self.
We use Kundalini Yoga to liberate our hearts from fears and resentments. We use rhythm and breath to free ourselves from the tyranny of mental and subconscious patterns, and to bring us into the presence and frequency of the soul. We connect to our true identity, intuition and vitality, turn our demons into servants, and let go of the Piscean concept of a God outside.

Kundalini Yoga & Naad Workshops for the 5th Chakra
and the Healing Powers of the Voice
By virtue of its numerology of number 5, our physical body stores our karma, unprocessed experiences and pending challenges. Within the system of the 7 chakras, the throat chakra has the same numerology as the physical body within the system of the 10 bodies. It has the same task and potential for communication, for processing the karma and holistic healing.
Sound is the prana for the process of creation and destruction. Spirit descends into matter and matter ascends into spirit by sound. Created in the image of the Divine, the human being has this power of the word. In the physical body, sound resonates, stimulates and communicates to all systems. The intention within the sound touches the Soul. This unstruck current of intention within the sound, the Naad, is what you can hear wih your third ear.
Simple vocal exercises can cleanse your energy channels, balance and stimulate your chakras, remove blocks in the throat chakra, and liberate your voice. We will practice Kundalini Yoga kriya, meditation and vocal exercises to regain full volume and vibrancy of our voice and restore the original power of the word. You will feel centred, invigorated and inspired in your Self.
Kundalini Mantra & Shabad Meditation Concerts
Mantras from Kundalni Yoga & Shabads from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib in Raagas
Bhai Mardana was an old friend and devoted student of Guru Nanak. He accompanied him for many years on almost all his journeys and played the Rabaab to Guru Nanak’s hymns.
During the concerts, we want to sing Mantras from Kundalini Yoga, Pauris from Japji Sahib, and Shabads from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib in ancient Raagas. By meditating on the sounds of our own voice, you can deeply connect to the essence of your self. Through the sound ("per sona"), the person is revealed. The words of the shabads will be shared to sing along.
The prana and rhythm of the breath, the kriya of tongue and palate, and the sound current of our voices in our bodies will call on the nectar, concealed in the sacred hymns. Our glands are secreting healing juices, the light in all cells shies forth brighter and clearer, and we forget all fear and sorrow.

Der Shabad Guru ist ein Energie-Strom von spezifischen Schwingungen die den menschlichen Verstand reinigen und ausrichten können. Durch kontinuierliche Anwendung kann das Selbst lernen den Verstand dienstbar zu machen, und die energetische Erschöpfung des automatischen, unbewussten Denkens zu beenden. Der Shabad Guru wurde von Yogi Bhajan "Quantum Technologie" genannt weil seine Wirkung auf elementare Klang-Einheiten (Quanten) zurückzuführen ist, Klang-Silben die die Verbindung zwischen der Ursache der Göttlichen Substanz (Purkh, Purusha) und deren Wirkung in allen materiellen und energetischen Aspekten der Schöpfung (Kaar, Prakriti) darstellen. Jede dieser Silben trägt eine spezifische Mischung der 5 Elemente und der Energien der 7 Chakren in sich und stimuliert diese durch Resonanz im Menschen. Die richtige Mischung und Anordnung der Silben ruft perfekte Harmonie und Heilung in Körper Geist und Seele hervor. Dies ist das Geheimnis der Kraft des Gurbani.
An diesem Wochenende wollen wir uns der Theorie und Anwendung dieser heiligen Technologie widmen und Mantren und Shabads in Meditation auf verschiedene Weisen rezitieren. Wir reinigen dadurch unser Unterbewusstsein, finden Klarheit und werden durch Intuition zum Leben des Hukam geleitet - der Energie des Willens im Fluss der Existenz.

Kundalini Yoga Wochenend Workshop
Meditation ist der einzige Weg den Verstand in den Dienst der Seele zu stellen, die Identifikation mit der eigenen Person zu lösen, und das Selbst zu erfahren. Verstand und Person sind der Zeit und der Dualität unterworfen, verändern sich ständig und enden mit dem Ende des menschlichen Lebens. Das Selbst, das durch verdichtetes und stabilisiertes Bewusstsein erfahren werden kann, ist jenseits der Zeit, ungeboren, unsterblich, trans-personal, und die Essenz und Ursache der Existenz. Meditation ist die Methode zur Erfüllung des Sinns des Lebens.
In diesem Workshop wollen wir die Funktionsweise des Verstandes betrachten und uns die Vorgänge der automatischen inneren Kommunikation, Urteilsbildung und Impulsgebung bewusst machen. Durch tiefe Meditation werden wir mehr über uns erfahren, als durch analytisches Nachdenken. Wir bringen die inneren Automatismen zur Ruhe und klären die inneren Landschaften. Meditation passiert, wenn alle Anstrengungen erschöpft sind und alle Techniken der Spiritualität überflüssig geworden sind.
